Yes, yes, I know…several of you jumped to the defense of the poor harlot back at page 23…I was quick to add that it’s not MY opinion but that as a writer, I’m projecting how Sappho felt at the time. Every word and line on THIS page is true, according to the writings of both Sappho and the historian Herodotus.
The rift between Sappho and her brother is one that was not resolved easily, but you’ll read all in this storyline.
