He also created the gay-themed strip Wendel and graphic novel Stuck Rubber Baby. On November 26, 2019 we were informed of his tragic passing after a battle with cancer. This interview with ICC Magazine is Howard Cruse’s very last interview. Howard was thrilled at how we presented this vivid pictorial window into his life, and we are honored to have shared this brief time with him.
